We provide highly experienced Project Management professionals, on-demand. We take on engagements of all sizes, from managing the delivery of multi-million pound programmes of work, through setting up fully functional PMOs down to short-term one-off pieces of work such as project feasibility studies, business case creation or project health-checks.
When businesses seek external support to deliver business change and technology projects, it is typically from one of two sources, a) self-employed contractors or b) multi-disciplined management consultancies. As the table shows, PM3 provides the level of service and support offered by the consultancies but at the cost of independent contractors. How is that possible? We follow these four simple rules...
1) We come to you. Our office space and associated overheads are kept to an absolute minimum. Project Managers need to be on-site, near the client, the project team and the suppliers. Pre-sales, presentations and account management functions also all take place at client sites.
2) We employ only Project Managers. All of our staff are practicing Project Managers. We do not employ dedicated sales or business development staff. Clients choose PM3 because of our Project Management skills and experience. We feel the only people who can demonstrate and ultimately sell this capability are active Project Managers themselves. Thus no non-operating staff on the payroll.
3) We take full advantage of technology. We are early adopters of all cost and effort saving technologies and maximise our use of the Internet for all forms of communication.
4) We are entrepreneurial. We will be aggressive to win your business because we want you to become a repeat customer and to pass our details on to your colleagues and peers.
